End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Bill Builder (“the App”), owned and operated by Charles Cummins (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless expressly permitted in writing.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code—are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party service or its availability.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or use the App in a way that could harm us or others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
