• Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account or sign in (via Supabase Auth).

User Content

• Invoice and customer information you manually enter into the App.
• Basic organization or business details (for example, your company name, client names, and invoice descriptions).

Diagnostics and Analytics

• App performance, error, and usage data automatically collected through Supabase logs or similar analytics tools to help improve reliability.

We do not collect or process payment card numbers, banking details, or other financial account credentials.

   All user data is securely stored and managed through Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and access controls. While we take these measures seriously, no online service can guarantee complete security.

   We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@billbuilder.com.

   Bill Builder is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
4. Third-Party Services
   Our Service uses Supabase for hosting, database, and authentication. These providers process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Beta Testing Notice
   Bill Builder is currently offered in beta via Apple TestFlight. Beta versions may collect additional diagnostic or crash data to help us identify issues and improve stability.
6. Your Rights
   Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities. You can exercise these rights by contacting support@billbuilder.com.
